Flood Relief Report & Appeal for 50 Christian Families Chanda Singh Village & Bhiki Wind Village – Punjab, Pakistan
Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
With a burdened yet hopeful heart, I wish to share with you the great suffering of our dear Christian brothers and sisters living in Chanda Singh Village and Bhiki Wind Village, who have been deeply affected by the recent floods and nonstop monsoon rains.
When we recently visited these two areas, we witnessed heartbreaking scenes — homes surrounded by floodwaters, belongings destroyed, and families left with nothing but faith and tears. Many of them had built their lives around livestock and crops, but the raging waters swept away their animals, washed out their fields, and destroyed their only sources of income.
These families are now struggling to survive. Their children cry for food, their homes are damaged, and their hearts are heavy with worry and uncertainty. For weeks, water stood inside their homes, and most of them are now without shelter, food, or hygiene supplies. No one has yet come to help them — but we believe God is calling His people to be His hands and feet in this moment of crisis.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we are reminded of His words:
We therefore humbly appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, to join us in extending love, hope, and compassion to these suffering families.
Our Immediate Needs
To provide immediate relief to 50 displaced Christian families, we urgently need the following items:
- Temporary Tents – to provide safe shelter for families who lost their homes.
- Food Packages (1 Month) – to feed their children and families.
- Hygiene Kits – to protect them from disease and restore dignity in this difficult time.
- Clean Water Gallons – to provide safe drinking water for each family.
